KN Multiservices Inc. is a third-party provider of services to assist companies and individuals with obtaining and updating permits, documents, and regulatory requirements from various agencies, including but not limited to the Federal Motor Carrier Administration (FMCSA), U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), and state or local government agencies.

Third-Party Affiliation

KN Multiservices Inc. is not affiliated with any Federal, State, or Local government agency. While KN Multiservices Inc. may be registered with these agencies as a third-party filer or agent, the services provided are independent of these government entities.

Service Fees

KN Multiservices Inc. charges a service for their consultative services. There may be instances where the service provided by KN Multiservices Inc. involves obtaining services from a Federal, State, or Local government agency that could be directly acquired by the consumer for no charge. However, KN Multiservices Inc. charges for the consultation and processing of such services.

Obtaining Services Online

By selecting «Submit,» the consumer authorizes KN Multiservices Inc. to act as a third-party provider for the services listed on the order form completed by the consumer. The consumer agrees to the charges indicated on the order form and authorizes KN Multiservices Inc. to charge the provided credit/debit card. By submitting the order, the consumer acknowledges and agrees that KN Multiservices Inc. is not affiliated with any government agency and is providing consultative services as a third-party provider. The consumer also affirms that the information provided is truthful and accurate. Once the submission is complete and the credit/debit card has been charged, no refunds will be issued.

Recurring Payments Policy

Customers subscribing to ongoing services authorize KN Multiservices Inc. to automatically debit their financial institution account for specified recurring charges. Services may be canceled at any time by contacting our office.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 15 days of purchasing a service. Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet been processed or submitted to the appropriate agencies. If any part of the service has been completed or submitted, a partial refund may be considered based on the work already performed.

KN Multiservices Inc. does not provide refunds for government fees or services once a credit or debit card has been charged. Federal, State, and Local government agencies, including the FMCSA and DMV, do not issue refunds for fees once they have been submitted. Additionally, KN Multiservices Inc. is not responsible for delays or denials caused by the customer’s failure to provide the required information necessary to complete the service.

FMCSA Certification of Application

KN Multiservices Inc. may assist in the preparation and/or completion of applications for FMCSA authority, DOT numbers, or state permits. By submitting an application, the consumer agrees to the following:

Insurance Coverage: The applicant acknowledges the specific insurance coverage required for the operation of commercial vehicles and hazardous materials transportation.

Compliance with FMCSA Regulations: The applicant agrees to comply with all applicable FMCSA and U.S. DOT regulations, including those relating to driver qualifications, safety, and vehicle maintenance, as outlined in:

  • 49 CFR Part 382: Drug and Alcohol Testing for Drivers of Commercial Motor Vehicles.
  • 49 CFR Part 40: Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs.
  • 49 CFR Part 391: Qualifications of Drivers.
  • 49 CFR Part 392: Driving of Commercial Motor Vehicles.
  • 49 CFR Part 395: Hours of Service of Drivers.
  • 49 CFR Part 396: Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance of Commercial Motor Vehicles.
  • 49 CFR Part 390.15: Accidents and Reporting for Commercial Motor Vehicles.
  • 49 CFR Part 387.9: Insurance Requirements for Hazardous Materials and Transportation of Specific Materials.

No Guarantee of Approval: The applicant understands that submission of an application does not guarantee that FMCSA or other agencies will issue an authority or permit.

Limitations of Responsibility: KN Multiservices Inc. assumes no responsibility for the applicant beyond the submission of the application. Any rejections or delays by FMCSA, DOT, or other state agencies are not the responsibility of KN Multiservices Inc.

Charge Authorization: The applicant authorizes KN Multiservices Inc. to charge their card for the services rendered and agrees to the related terms outlined in the application.

Legal Certifications and Certifications Under Penalty of Perjury

By submitting the application, the applicant certifies that all information is true and correct and that they are authorized to file the application. Any misstatements or omissions of material facts are considered criminal violations under U.S. law. Specifically:

  • 18 U.S.C. § 1001: Willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitute Federal criminal violations punishable under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 by imprisonment for up to 5 years and fines of up to $10,000 for each offense.
  • 18 U.S.C. § 1621: Misstatements or omissions are also punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C. § 1621, which provides for fines of up to $2,000 or imprisonment for up to 5 years for each offense.
  • 21 U.S.C. § 862 (Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988): The applicant further certifies under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the United States, that they have not been convicted, after September 1, 1989, of any Federal or State offense involving the distribution or possession of a controlled substance. If the applicant has been so convicted, they certify they are not ineligible to receive Federal benefits, either by court order or by operation of law, pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 (21 U.S.C. § 862).
  • 49 CFR 387.9: The applicant understands that any transportation involving hazardous materials may require higher insurance coverage as outlined under FMCSA’s insurance regulations and agrees to maintain the required insurance.
  • Relationship with FMCSA-Regulated Entities: The applicant certifies that they have not had any relationship with any FMCSA-regulated entity within the past 3 years, such as through stock ownership, loans, or management positions. The applicant further certifies that they have never been disqualified under Section 219 of the MCSIA.

Limitation of Liability

KN Multiservices Inc. shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, or issues related to services provided by government agencies, nor shall we be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the consumer’s failure to provide accurate or complete information.
